I started this blog because of a love for holistic wellness. Here you will find tools and tips for self-empowerment, health, and wellness. What is in one is part of the whole. Aspects of our mind, body, and spirit each play a role in our health, our choices, and life as a whole. Your perception shapes your sense of reality. Your mood, physiology, thoughts, and belief systems frame your experience of reality in turn driving your behaviors. All of these influence your lifestyle choices, energy levels, cognitive states and more.
Even more interesting is how our intuition is constantly in communication with us. Sending us subtle whispers, gut feelings, and guidance. How do we connect more with this inner natural intelligence?
When I’m not writing on my blog here, I love traveling, being outdoors, hiking, exercising, and exploring new spaces. Spending time with animals, hanging with friends and dancing to live music are fun.
